Required Training for All Serve Team members and Small Group Leaders
The training below should be completed within 4 weeks of accepting your role in NLC REGEN, whether that role is leading within groups or supporting in any other way.
Our goal as a ministry is to educate and train our entire serve team so that everyone feels prepared and confident to support our participants in their restoration journey. We want all of our leaders to be prepared to lead with excellence and to be knowledgeable about all participant-facing aspects of the ministry.

- Serve Team Roles and ExpectationsThis ministry runs on the heart of our volunteers like you. Every moment that a guest is at REGEN is important to us. While we are never striving for perfection, we do value approaching everything with excellence. From the time a guest walks in the front doors to the moment they leave, we want them to feel cared for, appreciated and loved.
