Serve Team Roles and Expectations
This ministry runs on the heart of our volunteers like you. Every moment that a guest is at REGEN is important to us. While we are never striving for perfection, we do value approaching everything with excellence. From the time a guest walks in the front doors to the moment they leave, we want them to feel cared for, appreciated and loved. In this module, you will learn about the different roles that keep our ministry moving. Our prayer is that over time, you will find the role that best suites your gifts, keeping in mind that sometimes stuff just has to get done by somebody.

Watermark Resources Navigation
Regeneration is a ministry out of Watermark Church in Dallas, TX. This module will help you learn to navigate their Regeneration Resources website where they have a multitude of resources that you can utilize to grow as a leader and to navigate difficult situations within the ministry,

1.05 Leading Yourself in Continued Growth

It is your responsibility as a REGEN serve team member to continue your growth and continue to use the tools you learned while going through the 12 steps.

When old patterns start to appear, go back and do an inventory.

Get curious about when it started.
What was happening in your life?
What thoughts did you let linger?

Do an inventory and follow through on the process. Confess it to a trusted friend, your mentor and even your REGEN coach. Invite others in to support you.

Don’t isolate or pull away. Use the tools you have!

But this lesson isn’t just about what to do should you stumble, it is about continued growth. Growth could be joining a bible study or exploring a specific topic or person in the bible on your own and learning from different sources.

If you need ideas on how to continue your spiritual growth, ask your mentor, small group leader or REGEN coach.
