Our pastors serve as the visionaries and guiding leadership for the ministry. 

Women’s Serve Team Coaches: Stephanie Ferrara, Felicia Hegwood

Men’s Serve Team Coaches: Jon Person, Jacob Perkins

In the Re:generation program, a coach serves as a “leader of leaders” and shepherd, tasked with day to day ministry operations, launching new small groups and supporting leaders as they facilitate their groups. 

Their primary responsibilities center on building authentic relationships with leaders to monitor their spiritual health, help identify their developmental strengths, and nurture future ministry leaders. 

Throughout the duration of a group, coaches provide prayer, encouragement, and biblical counsel, assist with group pacing and management, and step in to handle conflict resolution or offer group support when leaders are unavailable. 

Finally, once a group finishes, the coach debriefs with the leaders and interviews participants interested in joining the serve team.
